The Clubhouse
Ideal For Smaller to Medium Events & Business Meetings
The clubhouse is an elegant historic home that has graced the estate since the 1930s. It is the ideal setting for a special experience on a moderate or a small scale. The house can accommodate 100 people standing, 85 seated theater style in the main room, or 76 seated at tables (56 in the main room; 20 in the sun room). The comfortable ambiance of the home is enhanced by expansive views of the estate grounds.

Founders Hall
Ideal For Large Private Parties & Corporate Events
Founders Hall is the largest event facility on the estate. It can accommodate 200 people theater style or 160 seated at round tables. Rectangular and cocktail tables are also available for options in the room set-up. The elegance of the large open room is enhanced by scenic views of the estate's grounds and the adjacent golf course.

The Gazebo
Ideal For Outdoor Celebrations
Our charming gazebo is a picturesque highlight of the estate. It sits among large trees near both the Clubhouse and Founders Hall. The Gazebo offers a beautiful setting for an outdoor event. Over the years, it has been the choice of many couples for small, romantic wedding ceremonies. Chairs set up on the adjacent patio provide guest seating. The Gazebo may be rented in combination with the Clubhouse or Founders Hall for an indoor reception.
The Arbor
Ideal For Small Outdoor Celebrations
The Arbor sits on the spacious front lawn of the estate. It is a scenic outdoor venue that can accommodate small groups for meetings, presentations, or celebrations. The circular patio can serve as a stage for a speaker or ceremony, and it can accommodate a small number of guests. For more guests, chairs can be set up on the lawn outside the low Arbor wall. The Arbor may be rented in combination with the Clubhouse or Founders Hall.

- Use of China, Glassware and Silverware by Caterer
- Flexibility to bring your own alcohol to be served by Caterer’s bartender.

RWC was the perfect venue for our wedding. We rented the entire estate for a night, and every aspect was beautiful! We got married at the gazebo, and it was a beautiful day. It is a great value, and it is a beautiful place tucked back into Richardson. We would highly recommend this venue!

I loved this venue! The Clubhouse was beautiful and RWC was wonderful to work with. I shopped quite a few locations and was so happy that RWC was available on our date! Everything was perfect for our special day! We had about 45 people at our wedding and the size was perfect! It was a fabulous day and you know what they say... it is all about location, location, location!!!

I can't believe I'd never heard of this venue after years of living in the North Dallas/Plano/Richardson corridor. The very private club is tucked away on the east side of Sherrill Park Golf Course, yet it's still easy to find.
