The Clubhouse

Ideal for smaller occasions, business meetings

Built in the 1930s with beautiful architecture, the Clubhouse is beautifully furnished, including original wood floors, vaulted ceiling and stone fireplace. It has a  fully equipped catering prep kitchen with Main Room, Living Room, Dining Room, Sunroom and deck overlooking a gazebo. The Clubhouse can accommodate up to 100 people standing, 85 chairs theater style in the main room or 76 people seated at tables and chairs (42-56 in the main room and 20 in the sunroom).

Founders Hall

Ideal for large private parties & corporate events

Founders Hall

Founders Hall is a spacious setting with a dance floor and stage. It has a wall of windows overlooking our beautiful grounds, Sherrill Park Golf Course and a gazebo. Founders Hall has a fully equipped catering prep kitchen. This beautiful room can accommodate up to 200 people theater style or up to 160 seated at round tables and chairs.

The Gazebo

Perfect for smaller outdoor celebrations

Three outdoor settings are available at RWC: a romantic Gazebo and patio, a beautiful brick Arbor/Pergola, and a charming wishing well.

RWC was the perfect venue for our wedding. We rented the entire estate for a night, and every aspect was beautiful! We got married at the gazebo, and it was a beautiful day. It is a great value, and it is a beautiful place tucked back into Richardson. We would highly recommend this venue!

I loved this venue! The Clubhouse was beautiful and RWC was wonderful to work with. I shopped quite a few locations and was so happy that RWC was available on our date! Everything was perfect for our special day! We had about 45 people at our wedding and the size was perfect!  It was a fabulous day and you know what they say... it is all about location, location, location!!!

I can't believe I'd never heard of this venue after years of living in the North Dallas/Plano/Richardson corridor. The very private club is tucked away on the east side of Sherrill Park Golf Course, yet it's still easy to find.
